Hey Folks,

I am using car key on my iPhone Xr. Everyitng works fine, the car locks and unlocks, as well as starts the engine. The only problem is that the car does not log into MY BMW account. So, I have to do that manually very time using the QR code the car shows.

Does anyone have the solution to that problem?

check your settings in your profile on the car for driver recognition and make sure your phone is selected as a key to recognize you

Sounds like the digital key is not tied to your driver profile. I set mine up by mistake without assigning it to my driver profile when I first got mine, so I had to delete the key from my phone and start the process over again
