Saw a black X6 xDrive35i on the Northbound 101 this afternoon. It pulled up next to my 135 and we checked out each other's ride. I wondered if the driver knew we both had the same engine under our hoods. Its a big SAV, but the shape seems to hide its size in photos. Anyone here test driven one yet?

I test drove it, its pretty nice and the engine works well with it. I wasnt paying too much attention though because I was thinking ahead to the M3 I was going to drive.

Are you sure it was the 3.0Liter N54 engine? At the local dealer they had the 4.0 Twin Turbo 400hp X6. Here's a picture of the beast. :biggrin:

Yeah, I was staring at the X6 xDrive35i badge behind the front fender because of the height difference between our cars. lol. I couldn't even see into the cabin from that angle.

I've seen a red X6 in the showroom when picking up my 135, but I think it looks better in silver.
