2024 X2 20i Poor heater? Help Please

Hi, New member, thanks for letting me join. I need some help please.......
Outside temperature has dropped recently. My wife is complaining that her heater only blows luke warm in the centre vents at best, defrost is reasonable but not anywhere near the other BMW's in the household. Vehicle is a 2024 X2 20i S drive. Temp gauge sits in normal, engine warms up in a reasonable amount of time too, no lost coolant , had the vehicle since July, 3 other drivers have never noticed anything before but all agree its not in the league of the other cars by a long margin.

You can literally hold you hand over the vent and question if its warm or not.

Dealer agrees its rubbish, cannot find a fault and has compared to an X235I and a couple of electric X2's. He said they are all the same.

What the experience of your 2024 X2 please, our 2024 X3 , 2024 1 series and even my old 2003 Z4 will make your hand feel uncomfortable if you hold it there, this is weak. I dread the day we get in it wet and cold as its next to useless.

Thanks for your replies in advance, even if your reply is just yes, mine is the same, all feed back for the U10 & U11 would be a great help.

Hi,
It's a cold day in the UK today. I read your message prior to taking an U10 X2 sDrive 20i for a test drive today, after 10 mins in the car it was quite warm and I had to turn the heat down.

So not a problem in that car.

No issues at all here, but we have a PHEV. It heats up incredibly quickly compared to an ICE car. Add in the heated seats, wheel and pre-warm if you need it to de ice it’s fab.

Certainly gets warmer faster than our other car.
