Carbon build up where? If you're concerned about carbon buildup on valves, the S65 V8 is a port injection engine, so there will be no carbon buildup on the valves.

If you're worried about buildup inside the cylinder, just do an 'Italian Tuneup' and drive the car hard to burn off the carbon.

Best way to clean up carbon build up? Find a empty spot of road and floor it or go on the autobahn and do few pulls. It will clean it right off.
