Didn't even make a dent in my water spots and created a sticky mess which was difficult to get rid of. You're way better off using an orbital and cutting compound.

I had water spots all over the car. After years of just living with it, I finally decided to use white vinegar. I put it in the soap bottle that attaches to my pressure washer. Dosed the car and let it sit for about two minutes then rinsed it.

It was gone. I couldn't believe it was this simple to get rid of them.

Yes, white vinegar is excellent for removing spots. I'd recommend using it like a wash though versus spraying it and then letting it stand. Vinegar is acidic of course, so diluting it and being careful not to let it dry on paint is important.

Never ceases to amaze the crappy products that can be sold in car detailing I have a cabinet with some I will never use again . But many good ones also .

Same, I'm going to get my $15 back for once lmao. I probably have hundreds of dollars of ineffective home/auto products sitting around.

Yes, it was mixing with the water as it was coming out of the pressure washer. So it was being diluted.
Can't wait for this crappy winter to be over to take it out of the garage and detail it along with the X1.

Thanks for the tip! I usually love Griot's products, but the one I'd recommend avoiding is the Ceramic Speed Shine (green in color). The regular (blue) Speed Shine is great, however!
