How to turn down volume on Voice Command?

I’m slowly getting used to my X1, but I for the life of me, find the correct way to turn down the volume of how the car responses to my voice commands…..

Have you tried turning the volume knob down when it’s responding to you? That’s worked for me in other cars.

Like other response typically the volume can be adjusted while its “speaking” in the lower volume level. Just like music, adjust up with steering wheel function or the console control. Just be sure your not it MUSIC MODE at that time or you will be adjusting it & not the PERSONNAL ASSISTANT MODE

There is also a way, within the ID9 system, to adjust the standard volume you want it at but you need to keep in mind that if your listening to loud music when PERSONNAL ASSISTANT speaks, it may not be loud enough at that time.
