This upgrade features a 4-piston gray caliper and a 385mm semi-floating disc.
It's a significant improvement over the stock 1-piston caliper and 307mm disc setup, offering superior braking performance and, of course, a more aggressive appearance.

The semi-floating discs are designed for better heat dissipation, enhancing braking efficiency during intense driving conditions.
The lighter weight of this system also contributes to improved handling and overall vehicle safety.

To be fair, iX1/2 vehicles don’t actually make much use of the brakes, as it’s mostly done using regeneration.

Do you know the weight difference between both systems? I concur that you don't need that much power breaking, but if it looks good and weighs less, it could perhaps be a good addition.

Going to put money on this set up weighs significantly more than the current stock non m performance brakes.

Calipers are much larger, the dust shield is larger, the rotors and pads are larger (15mm larger than the regular m sport brakes).

These are NOT available in the uk configurator, just Red calipers and perfomance NONE drilled rotors!!!
