Thats a little on the low side considering his mileage, options and condition...dont you think?

Not sure where people are getting these prices from. I agree with the other member, 27-29k would a very fair price for this car. OP is a good guy to deal with as he answered all of my questions and was very couteous when I was interested in this car.

If that's all it's worth then I suppose I might as well keep the 335i and use it for a commuter car. 23K - 26K would get me a new VW. Don't get me wrong, I like VW's but there's no way an 07 E92 335i w/20K miles = a new VW w/similar options. IMO 20K miles doesn't make that much of a difference and a 2 year old E92 still looks 100x better then any new 25K car out there.

haha - does this guy even own an e90/92 or does he just comment about other peoples sales. He's got almost 1100 posts...I really hope he has a car to be a member on this forum instead of just trolling other peoples ads almost 1100 time!

Save your proof for someone who cares. I jus bought the exact same car as the OP with the exact same miles and mods (except mine has Nav, PDC and Ipod adapter) in addition to the OP. I paid just under $30k for my car. Till this day I cannot find a deal like mine and that was almost 3 mos ago...so if you can buy a similar car for $23-26k then go ahead but stop crapping other peoples post unless you are buying. . .His car is priced right with some room for some good ole negotiation.

Tony I suggest you post some nice pics of your car to really get some traction. Someone will buy your car for very close to your asking price.

+1

I don't understand these posts. Its sort of dis-respectful when people are trying to sell or buy cars legitimately, and there are always these people who throw out these ridiculous 'wish' prices - with no relevant reference or subtext to back up that claim (ie I just brought the same car for this price or, here is a car that is priced this low and the link is here...). And most of the time they don't even have the model of car in question. I've seen this thruout this forum and in the other bmw boards.

Its very rude and immature IMHO. Lets try to be respectful of people and their transactions.

Best of luck to the OP on his sale.

A couple of years ago, anyone could get a loan but now it's hard, so selling an "expensive" car privately is going to be difficult. I'm sure there are a lot people who got into leases or loans they can't pay now and just want out even if they need to take a loss. Plus I've been lazy about taking some updated pictures and I haven't even bothered putting it on autotrader. If this economy wasn't so screwed up, I would've just traded it in by now and got a new M3!
I think its just a matter of being patient and diligent. I brought a couple of cars in the past year and sold one as well (privately). Basically if you really want to sell the car, then you just got to be on top of it an also be patient waiting for the 'right' buyer. Definitely sell on Autotrader, it will give you better reach then just posting here.

I just brought the M3 a month ago and there was alot of activity in the market for certain cars (and i'm talking about higher price cars, not fords or honda prius). There are some buyers out there, who can get loans so be positive.

Best of luck.
