Please help me(Hamman diffuser and quad tips)
Hello~~
I bought the hamman diffuser and ac tips and I installed the diffuser. But I counldnt install the tips because shops said I needed to rebalance muffler to move muffler to middle. It's difficult to explain, so I attached pics. Do you guys have an idea? Last edited by Evan@Ring-Werks; 03-19-2009 at 04:25 AM.. Reason: to repost |

Yes, you would have to make an adjustment. The tips are flanged in the center, your stock setup sits on the outer edge of the diffusor as is . If you wanted to attach the tips with no adjustments to the muffler, your outer tips would sit on the outside of the diffusor - so you would have to squeeze the mufflers closer together.
I aggree with above, since you already invested in the diffusor, I would save up and buy a quad setup, or reengineer the tips - which would be silly. Good Luck

buy cyba' quad tips. very inexpensive and look great compared to ACS tips( which imho are the worst looking thing ever created by man).
