Yeah, what is tape?? I hate flossing. I try to do it 2-3 times a week though. My GF does it every day religiously.

I find this to be the best floss out there:
http://www.glidefloss.com/your-glide...deep-clean.php people who don't floss regularly tend to develop decay on surfaces (in between teeth) where toothbrushes can't reach. plus, flossing gets rid of bacteria in between teeth which causes bad breath. just my .02

I floss 2-3 times a day. Everyday. Brush and floss and you'll never ever need mouth rinses. Eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables, drink your milk, or take multivitamins. Vitamin C is really important for your gums and teeth.

I should floss more, but I do it maybe 1 time a week and I have never had a cavity. Sonicare toothbrush FTW.

I use these for my daughters (5 and 3 years old):
http://www.amazon.com/DenTek-Comfort...618839&sr=1-14 Makes flossing a snap, and since they are for "tight" teeth, makes it real easy to get in and out of the gaps.
