Anyone running a 320d with 16" non-RFTs?

I'm currently driving e39 530d series on 16inch wheels, doing alot of mileage and love the ride and comfort plus the fact that it still handles "postively" whilst being on the softer side.

I need to replace with a smaller car so looking at 320d SE

Regarding Run flat tyres, I am deffo going to replace RFTs with non RFTs after everything I've read.

Will the softer factory suspension setup for RFTs be okay with 16 inch non-RFTs or should go I or 17 because of this....?

Is anyone out there running a setup like this?
