bmw ipod kit problem

I have a bmw ipod kit fitted in the glove box is there a limt to how much music it will show because when i go in to the artist list on the radio it will only list artist up to s do i have to much music on it ?

There is 255 folder/item limit as far as I remember, so you need to be a bit clever with how you sync your music to the iPod. Use playlists and be smart about single tracks.

yes 255 is the limit. If you get really enthusiastic with your playlists (trying to say have a playlist for artists A, B, etc) you will hit another bug with a maximum number of playlists as well
