How to sell a car that is "As-Is" condition in Ontario?
So i got my 3 series, so i plan to sell a used winter beater.
I plan to sell it "AS-IS" condition. I posted it on Craigslist for $1,200 for 850 volvo. And i have alot of ppl messaging me about it. Say if the buyer wants my car, please tell me what is the next step? I've never sold a used car privately before. Please tell me the steps |

Piece of cake. If you are selling AS IS all you need is the user vehicle information package (UVIP) from an MTO branch. It costs $20 and gives the vehicle ownership history and whether there is a lien on it or not. Good luck.

Thanks for your replies
since the car will not be certified... usually the car will be dropped off at the New buyers house or Garage/mechanic right? Sorry for the newbie questions |

thats for you to arrange with the buyer .. because either he can dropp it at his house and then get temporary plates.. or at a mechanic shop..but yeah all you need is the used car packages.
