JB+ Issue

Just seeing if anybody had any ideas in the meantime while I was toying with it. Writing Terry an email as I write this.

I had that issue when I first recieved my JB+. One of the connectors was not fully engaged. I sent terry an e-mail and it was fixed in a matter of minutes.
