BMW 330i PDC but no button on dash?

Hi

i have a late 2005 E90 330i. It has the parking sensors fitted to the rear bumper and look like factory original, but strangely enough i do not have the PDC button on the dash.

the person i bought it from gave me the original invoice issued by the agent when he had bought the car brand new and it has Parking sensors listed.

do you think these are oem bmw or dealer fitted since i do not have a button on the dash?

hmmm and the original owner told me he had specced it with PDC too when new........

i cannot understand why the manual also mentions the PDC button and me and you do not have it.

you only get the button with front PDC.

The rear works automatically when reverse gear is selected. I guess yours bleeps when you get close to objects behind the car?

The front is selectable otherwise it would be bleeping every time you get close to the car in front.

Indeed; the same is true of all factory fitted front PDC systems for the reason given above.
