power steering light from jb3???

help!

my power steering light is on with an exclamation mark is on after i installed the jb3 pinout v1.3. i tried to scan it, but the BT scanner won't read the fault code for the power steering, but it does so for everything else.

Do you mean active steering? Did you disconnect your battery when you installed it? First generation active steering needs to be initialized with the tester if you disconnect the battery. Not sure which generation of active steering your car has.

Drive your car for a few and see if it goes away.
