needed: 335 section

this suposedly is a "e90" board yet it seems most of the threads are for the 335...

they should have their own section!

It's only because of the anticipation of the new line. I do agree that the 335 needs to be a subcategory since there are differences in E90 vs E92.

u mean e92 335 COUPE right? Because there is still the e90 335i and 328i coming up to take the place of 330 and 325i. I'm fine with how it is now but i could understand seperate categories for the e92 coupe and e90 sedan. It might make searching for information about a specific model of car easier and also make it more user-friendly to new users.

yea sory i meant e92 cars vs. e90's im NOT advocating a seperate web site! hehe no no JUSt another sub category for easier searching and seperation because they are quite different. its kinda PITA to sort through all the e92 cars...

or call the web site "E90's post.com" lol

as well as breaking down the classified sections to eng/ drivetrain, wheels/ suspention body/ trim ect ect but what do i know its not my board hehe

this is not the first suggestion about creating a separate E92 forum. as i said before, i don't agree with the suggestion because i believe both E90 and E92 are a part of the same generation 3-series to which this site/forum is dedicated to.

THey are the same car, it just doesnt make sense to make another forum for just the 335 or just the coupe, 95% of the info for one car applies to the other, so you'd have two sets of conversations about the same stuff.

Yea well there are alot of different engines in the 3-series line, that doesnt warrant different sections, especially since our current engine forum is nowhere near crowded enough to need different threads at this point ( http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=35 ) I think what you are seeing is a spike in 335 discussion because its the hot new car right now, and things will even out in the future with equal discussion levels between all the cars. Splitting and separating into a million subforums helps noone since it simply cuts down the # of ppl viewing a given thread and will also downgrade the level of conversation.
