Can the intake from the F01 740i be fitted to 335i/135i ?

Hi,

I was browsing through realoem.com and looked at the intake from the F01 7-series N54 (the one with 326hp/450Nm). Looks better flowing to me, the air does not make a U-turn in the airbox. Does not seem like a RAM air intake either. I wonder if that could be retrofitted to the 335i ?

I doubt it. The output of the airbox goes over the top of the motor. No room in our engine bays for that.
