Exclamation GIAC Flashed Today!

I'm not really in to the teaser threads myself, but I just couldn't keep myself from letting you guys know how awesome of a tune this is.
I know you guys are waiting for some GIAC reviews so I just wanted to give a quick impression to you guys.

The car dynod on the mustang at 334 WHP and around 335 WTQ at about 13.5 psi, but I could honestly care less about the peak power right now.
I've never felt this car feel this smooth.
The car does and feels exactly how you want it to with no lag. For those who have had the pre 29.2 software with less lag---well, it's better than that.
It really is that good.
When I get the dyno charts and when I go to the MD Automotive dyno then I'll post more info on it.

EDIT
Mustang Dyno is on post #70.

Nice! How long was the install from start to finish? What made you decide to get the flash?

Wow, Craig, you've pretty much tried every tune except Dinan now huh?

334 rwhp on a Mustang dyno is impressive.

Interested in seeing your dyno results from MD Automotive and overlapping them with the JB3 1.22 you just had.

wow, im surprised you got GIAC. you have been a long time JB3 owner. have you tried the new 1.4 and try to compare to the GIAC?

on a side note, buddy just got rid of his GIAC tune on his Audi for something that's much better (according to him and couple other buddies who have VW).. can't remember the name now but i have a feeling sooner than later there will be more and more flash tunes available just like in the VW/Audi crowd.

goodluck and congrad on the new toy

It was about 35-40 minutes.

I know huh.
We'll see.
Remember the lags that I was feeling after shifting that one day in Mexico? From what I was told, GIAC has addressed that issue.

For some reason, my car never liked the 1.3 verisons and on. Although I liked the JB3, I hit the ceiling of trying the newer options that the JB3 had to offer.

What are those numbers on a dynojet Craig? Did they tune your car to optimize all your bolt ons?

I think people are focusing so much on Peak HP and TQ and forget about all around feel, as well as changing more than a handful of parameters to make power. I am not an expert in car tuning, but I would assume with how complex cars have become, piggybacks seem more limited than a full blown flash. The only Piggy I can see overcoming this is the Rev II PROcede with the Canbus integration.

With that said, I am going to run this GIAC flash for 30 days, and if I don't feel it is better than my PROcede, I will "return" the flash and buy another RevII
