http://news.softpedia.com/news/Insta...3-100880.shtml That article is slightly outdated but useful. A complete install guide can be found here: http://us.fixstars.com/support/insta..._ps3_guide.pdf before proceeding, please also review the technical advisories here: http://us.fixstars.com/support/advisories.shtml you can download YDL here: http://us.fixstars.com/support/downloads/ If you have any general Linux related questions, you can post them here or PM me and I will answer them. Although I've never done an installation on a PS3, I have friends that have, and I've been working with Linux for ~14 years. The most important thing in an installation of this sort is to prepare thoroughly by making sure all the prerequisites have been satisfied (e.g. having a USB keyboard, connecting the PS3 to your router via Cat5, etc.), and following the instructions as closely as possible. If you run into problems, reach out to someone for help. In addition to asking me for help, there is a YDL forum here: http://www.yellowdog-board.com/viewforum.php?f=19 Good luck. |

Thank very much.
I wondering how we can download demos or free games and all! As I am a new PS3 owner, I want someone to explain the whole process to me... Thanks
