ar design 3" downpipes vs. the competition: part 1
I promised some comparison. Here is part 1: pics inside and out. part 2 will contain some more in depth testing, which I will post when I am done.

wow...what a difference. I know what Im getting when my warranty is up.. in 3k miles...a little scary but can be fun.

both of my shops have commented on how nicely engineered the AR catted pipes are and they have seen/installed the competition as well

I purchased a set of VK and my welds inside the downpipe did not look like the ones in the picture. Are all the "other" shots all VK or other competitors mixed in?
BTW I own a set of AR. I got a nice price on a new set of AR's from a forum member. I sold my VK set as soon as they arrived. |

Not really fair to show a bunch of shots of the welds from the interior of your competitors and not yours. There shots were clearly selected of bad portions while you chose to avoid the same shots on your pipes (even though they are available to get from the other end)
If you want to at least pretend to be unbiased (which is impossible but you can try) at least do things in an unbiased manner.
