I have a 2009 E90 with iDrive. I've been waiting to find info of the first map update for this system. Has anyone heard any info on this?

In the US, the 2008 and older E90's have had the 2009.1 and 2009.2 updates from NavTeq. But I've been able to find no info on any update of the TeleAtlas update for the 2009 E90 models....

AFAIK, only the 2009.1 DVD has been out and we're probably looking at 2010.1 to be out next. Could you please post a link to the 2009.2 update for the E9X?

I got one of the first 2009 E9x off the boat, and it didn't arrive until late Nov. So, it may be a little early for the 2010 map data.

By this time last year, 2009.1 DVD was out. On this Navteq webpage, you will see that the release date for 2009.1 DVD was September 2008.

This will be interesting to see. I received my US E90 in mid-Nov 08, also.

Given that NavTeq puts out two "updates" per year, and we are almost at a year with no updates from TeleAtlas, I wonder what the plans are....

Personally, I'd love to see them add SatNav photos to the system (see my other post about this on the X1).
