Why? Hoping to turn the power down? Those remind me of "turbo" buttons on old computers, pruporting to make the computer faster but really just removing an artificial restriction.

I totally forgot about those, haha, soo long ago! I never figured out why anyone would leave the "turbo" off anyway... the world may never know

The button underneath the gas pedal could be considered the power button. Thats about it.
