PROcede Rev II CANbus - BEST MAP SETTINGS
Please post your best settings on user map settings (User Adjustable Parameters) and what version of map your using when running the car stock.
I'm currently have a 2007 335xi sedan with 235/40/18 and 265/35/18. I have it stock and when I get the PROcede Rev II installed, I want to know what map settings (User Adjustable Parameters) I should use as the most aggressive. What do you think about this below? Should I also increase the 1st and 2nd gear tq since I have an xi and I have AWD traction. Map 1 is for my "Daily Use" & Map 2 is my "M Sport" use. Last edited by AltecBX; 10-11-2009 at 10:55 PM.. |

In general I would say your overboost limit for map 1 is too low. With the 9-9 maps my car sees > 13 psi at 55% user torque. This value should be set above the boost level seen to avoid hitting the limit all the time. Also, are you aware that with the above settings you are not using map 2 as both the on and off button maps are set to map 1? IMHO, you should increase the 1st and 2nd gear torque values with AWD on an xi as you have the required traction.

Wow, you guys really don't listen. Shiv has said the current map 2 in version 10-9 is for race gas and meth cars only. You're lucky if you haven't done any damage running map 2. Just use default stg 1 settings in map 1 and be done with it. You could maybe get away with lowering the Ign cor to 80% but each car is different and you need to datalog yours to see

You should run the stage one map on default settings when you receive the procede. If you want to try to get more power out of it then you have to run logs for your car. Each car is different, what is safe for one, may not be safe for the other. Shiv has a tuning guide published on how to perform the logging.
