Another case of stuck wastegate linkage

Been having an issue where the car couldn't build boost and when I floored it it would go into limp mode. It was intermittent over the last few weeks. I had the Procede on during the initial occurrence and thought maybe it was that so I removed it and the problem went away. At that time I had already decided to switch over to the GIAC flash so figuring the problem had something to do with the Procede I went ahead and got the flash. For the first couple of days following the flash the car was awesome. I like the flash better than either of the piggies but that's for a different thread. Anyway the problem slowly came back and now I'm at the point now that the rear WG linkage seems to get stuck every time I try to drive the car. When the car is cool you can reach down and grab the connecting rod and it is frozen in the open position. If I pull really hard I can free it but once the car is started it gets stuck again. Taking it in tomorrow. I think it's the same problem Mr. 5 had a few months back. BTW I was talking to my SA and he said there was a new SB stating that BMW is getting tougher on cars with any MODS on them and he advised me to put the car back as close to stock as possible. Not sure if this true or not but it seems that BMW is looking for excuses to not honor the warranty for problems that obviously have nothing to do with MODS. I'll let you know what happens.
