Door Help

Sooo, I was wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem.

My driver side door panel keeps coming loose. Apparently the plastic pins aren't holding too well with it all. Ive had the pins replaced 3 times already and every time they fail after a while. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there are any alternatives to the pins.

Not driver door panel, but the main inside roof panel on my convertible uses the same plastic pins I think, and it is loose. Rattles, and is annoying.
