E90 Insurance Quotes
Anybody get quotes to insure the E90 yet? The best I've found so far is around $1400.00/6 months for the 325i. I'm 21, so I guess that sounds about right...

It would be good if people also noted the company which gave you the quote. That way we have an idea of who to look to for the best rates.

Impressive, my rate is $620 every 6 months, a lot lower than anticipated! I use Safeco. However i am 29, married with a clean record, until I get my e90 of course.

Check out Esurance. I have them now, will have them once my E90 will arrive to the US, they're probably the lowest since they're web based, and they have great customer service.

Hey all,
i currently drive a junker, so i just told them "give me the cheapest insurance plan possible." However, once i get my E90, i'm going to want "full coverage" but what does that intail? on progressive's quote builder tool, there are so many options/numbers that i don't know what's good and what's bad. What would be a "respectable"/"full coverage" policy? Which decisions can i cut corners on, and which are a must? 1) Does your car have a tracking device? unless i have BMW Assist or NAV, the answer is probably NO, right? 2) Injury/property damage: ranges from 25/50/10 to 250/500/100, also has 100 CSL, 300 CSL, 500 CSL 3) personal injury: 10k or 35k or none 4) Uninsured motorist: 25/50 to 250/500, or 100 CSL, etc., or none 5) Uninsured property: 10k, 25k, 50k, 100k, or none 6) comprehensive: 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 7) collision: 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 8) roadsize? loan/lease payoff? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Here in South Africa , I got a quote for R720 ( about $105 ) per month.
I'm 26 with a clean record. I'm expecting a better rate though - I'm gonna start phoning around. |
