FS: RR intake (socal ONLY)

sorry for the cross post, but i need to free up some money for an exhaust and people who are not local keep posting on the sale thread.

intake is near new condition. bought thsi off of nlakind, who said he put 1k miles on it and i put less than 500. so thats less than 1500 total. this thing sells new for $320.

do i need to take the intake out everytime i go in service my car in the dealer? also if i put in the intake will the engine light will pop up? i am just curious.

most people dont, but i do just to be on the safe side. after you get the stock box off (which is a pain), this intake takes like 15 minutes to swap. i dont believe e90s have MAF sensors, but i know this intake will not throw a code.
