what are my chances against 600cc bikes?

since i m having hard time to find people at my destination to see how my car do, only got few bikes to race so far 600rr , 636cc ninja etc..

and i wonder what are my chances against them?

should i give a try or not to attempt at all?

dont even try
unless they start in a higher gear then they are suppose to
i raced a 600rr and it wasnt pretty

slim to none, 600's are 12.0-10.99 or close to that range from the factory, not to mention 0-60 times your car just isnt gonna touch

i think he was talking bout on a roll. at least i hope other wise it would be very obvious that u would lose from a stop lol

i still dont think there is a chance in hell, i used to have a gsxr-750 but it was a track bike with a yosh head gasket made to raise compression, and a bunch of other goodies, but there wasnt a car that would keep up

agreed... main thing is bikes have a better power to weight ratio than cars. you can try messing with a 600rr but i would definitely do it from a roll and not a dead stop.

One word, SMOKED. But you should get that on video and youtube it so we can check it out..........I've seen one where it's the GTR versus a street bike, don't remember what kind. The other one I've seen is the HPF M3, I believe it's the Chris' widebody asuka M versus different kinds of street bikes, but I think all of them are around 1000cc or more, and the M could NOT pull on them. Although it did start to reel them in towards the end of the race......I believe that HPF M3 got stage 4 and pushing 1000+ hp.

There are two scenairos that you could win.
1. From higher speeds where wind reistance is a huge factor for them north of 110mph
2. A road with curves, there is a 4 lane road that has elevation change and turns and a gsxr 600 had zero chance. He came up to the light and we talked and he said he had been riding for years (meaning he could push the bike) and he couldnt keep up. However once we went to a strait after the light he raped me.

You don't have a chance. I have a Daytona 675 and I've also got a 550hp Corvette weighing 3100lb and I don't think my Vette could take my mostly stock 'Tona.

Closest I've come is I saw another 675 take a back road that I love and we both did it much faster than is appropriate (for legality sake) and when we pulled up to the stop, he saw it was me and was like "Holy *^%, I couldn't believe when I looked in my mirror and you were still RIGHT there." I was only on my brakes in the turns to keep from hitting him, but otherwise, it was WOT and he was WOT the whole time, nobody really pulled on anyone.

So unless you're power-to-weight is better than my Vette's at 550hp/3100lb... Don't expect to win.

I had Yamaha R6 and there was nothing that could even remotely touch me
If biker knows how to ride his bike just a bit - it's enogh to smoke you
I actually liked racing from roll better, i didnt have to worry about front wheel lift as much

As some members said, you need some crazy HP to compete

I raced a Ford GT couple times on I-405 with my 2005 CBR 600RR four years ago from 60mph to 135mph and I could barely see that car in my side mirror.
