jb3 question

just got this installed , and I absolutely love it!

question: when taking it in to dealer for service, how many of you are just deactivating it with the pedal selection method to MAP 0, and leaving the hardware in? Will the car throw no codes? When in MAP 0, is the only way the stealer would know about a tune is if they checked the ecu?

Thanks-

REMOVE IT completely from ECU box if you care about your warranty.

Map 0 is a pass though map so the JB3 becomes invisible.

If you are taking it in for warranty work, remove it and check for any tuner codes with a BT tool. If you are just going in for an oil change, clear any codes and set ot map 0.

Always remove it and scan for codes first. No way should you chance it leaving it on map 0 for warranty work.
