Reading BMW numbers

For BMW models with 30 and above (330, 335, 530, 540, 745 etc.), I usually read them as Three Thirty, Five Forty, Seven Forty Five, etc.

For BMW models less than 30, I usually read them as Three Two Eight, Five Two Five, etc.

How do you guys read the numbers?

Just the way you read the >30 numbers. I make no distinction for 328, I'd read it as Three Twenty Eight.

If it is obvious that I'm talking about a 3 series, I'll say this:

328 = Two Eight (Never Twenty Eight)
330 = Thirty
335 = Thirty Five or Three Five (I use them interchangably, even in the same sentence!)
3--xi = -- Ex

The last one, just means I add an ex on the end. Such as this:
328xi = Two Eight Ex

If it isn't obvious I'm talking about a 3, then I'll actually say 3 first. Like this:

328 = Three Twenty Eight (yes, it's different from above)
330 = Three Thirty
335 = Three Thirty Five (I never say Three Three Five)
3--xi = Three -- Ex

The Ex is used the same as above:
328xi = Three Twenty Eight Ex

If I'm talking about two cars in particular and one has X and the other doesn't, then I'll refer to the non-x car as its number (eg. Two Eight) and the X car as simply "Ex".

When shuttling customers I always hear about the 300 series, 500 series, 600 series and so on... it really bugs me for some reason. Its a 325,330,335. I understand its the same thing, but it really gets to me
