Scuffed bumper on a new car- what would you do?

I am in need of some opinions on what to do here! Here is the scenario:

Last month, when I went to lease my new jet black 325i, I noticed a couple of nicks in the rear bumper. The salesman wrote it up on one of those "we owe the customer" sheets to be fixed & I decided it wasn't major enough not to take the car home..

When they "fixed the bumper", now when the car is under harsh light (like someone else's headlights) you can totally see micro scratches. You cant see it really in the day time at all, or even under a street light at night, but they definitely scuffed it up good. It looks like they did some wet sanding, a little filler, & spot painted it.

My question is this: Do I leave it alone & chalk it up to something that will not be easily noticed, or do I keep bringing it back. Before you answer, here is why I am hesitating- scuffed as it is, I still have a factory bumper with (mostly) original paint. I am worried that if I fight this, I can still end up with a much worse looking bumper based on thier lack of ability. I have put some polishing compound & scratch remover & that seems to have helped a bit- but I am not an expert & not sure how much of that the bumber can take. How do you know if you are burning the clearcoat vs. working out the scratches?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

That's what I was going to say. And it sounded minimal, as if light had to be shone a certain way to notice it.
