Wow that really sucks... Whenever I park I always take out my v1 and put it in the glove box, probably best to that from now on. And by the way, there is no place that is safe from crime, it's everywhere.

That sucks, but look at it this way, the car has very minor damage, and they did not take a crowbar to your dash & radio. I hope the rest of your 2010 is much better!

It's not that I've been watching too many movies, but I really wish that there could be more vigilante justice. Just imagine if the people who did that got caught 1/2 a block away and were severely beaten by a bunch of bystanders who saw it happen?

I've been mugged 3X in the "big city," and the third time I kicked some a** and sent the thugs running only to be grabbed up by some big guys (but they broke free again).

Good luck to the OP, maybe the day will come when that kind of s*** isn't tolerated.
