Short Shift Kit

So, I'm looking to get the short shift kit from Tischer, and I was just wondering what parts I need to get...it seems somewhat confusing...do I need to get the shift knob and the boot or does the kit already include that?

Click on more in the advertisement. Then kit contains tab. Kit includes:

Gear shift lever
Shift knob
Alcantara shift boot
Shift lever bearing
Circlip

The 335i kit is more because it includes the transmission yoke.

If you are not going to use the Shift Knob and Shift Boot you can just order the Shift Lever, Bearing, and Circlip; I have the M Sport Shifter and M Sport Ebrake. I saved money by not ordering the whole kit.

I bought that kit and sold off the Shift knob & shift boot. But I'm not going to install it. It's for sale if you're interested.

Just never got around to it and I suspect that the M-sport package has a shorter throw. I had a SSK in my old E46 and my stock shifter doesn't feel too long.
