Get me up to speed - Lease Time
Hey gang,
I haven't kept up closely with things BMW, for some time, and the lease expires in July. I'm currently rolling a 2007 e90, with essentially all options (no Active Cruise or Steer). Anyway, I've been thinking of going with a coupe for my next one. So, with all of the new changes coming, I need a general guidance on what I'm looking at in my price range, and when to order it. My current MSRP was $50,500, 3 year lease. I will again max out the MSDs, etc. Usually, I prefer the latest/greatest updates, but I'm not opposed to ordering an outgoing style if there's a significant price difference. I've read the new ones are coming out in March? Or is that only the IS versions? Trust me, I search, I read, etc. but I want this laid out clearly. My dealer recommends I order no later than 2 months before my lease ends (so, around mid-May). At that time or slightly before, what are my options. If this is unclear, let me know. I appreciate all and any input.

Okay, finally found the posts I was looking for that answered alot of my questions. I guess I what I need to know now is...
When is the latest I can order a 2010 e92? I need my new ride by July. If I'm afforded the luxury of being able to order a 2010 or 2011 (non IS version), how significant do you expect the difference to be regarding the residual % and money factor? Again, thanks!
