Thought I would post the spy pic caught at their Silverstone shakedown this morning. The car officially launches tomorrow at Jerez along with the Red Bull.

What do you guys think of the classic look?

Keeping with the "light/less is better" concept for Lotus...Good to see the Green and Yellow back...

looks good. very short nose cone section in comparo to others. should be one of the best looking grids.

those aren't slicks that they are on and it looks very dry out??

I'm not sure if the car's can use slicks on a shakedown. This was not from Jerez. That was a shot from a shakedown run at Silverstone.

There is no testing ban right now. I don't think that it matters where you test. USGP was "suppose" to test here first in the US.

Uhh...where have you been the passed few seasons? You can't test when you want. USF1 is doing a launch and shakedown in Alabama. The testing days and locations are concrete, and each team is allotted a maximum of 15000 km. If testing was allowed, why would Ferrari go to Valencia and Jerez? They have a private track at the factory.

is is me but does this car look smaller than ALL the others. and that front wing seems way too simple.

As you can see from the last picture, the wing is not that simple. I think that might be the most elements on a single wing.

Nice...bring back the English Racing Green....even tho Lotus now doesn't have much to do with the very origin Lotus Racing....but anywayz....good to see the color on the grid
