Installing cyba scoops

This might sound stupid but I'm having a hard time installing my cyba scoops. I tried screwing them but they always fall off after 1-2 days of driving.

Anyone can help me out?

i dont know about cyba, but i installed a bunch of rpi scoops and they recommend rtv silicone on the back of the screw to keep them from backing out. try a nut and bolt instead of a screw, or the silicone

Take the grills out. It uses OEM screws to hold them.

I installed them yesterday in like 10 min. Remove the grills, and the scoops holes match with the screws that hold front plastic bumper part and air intake inlets.

Ya me 2.

If anything add blue loctite to the front most torx screw. Dont do Red loctite or you will never get it off.

Those torx screws should not be backing out though.

TS make sure when you screw the Torx screw on it, you push up on the scoop securely, and make sure the screw gets a good bite.

besides the screws which you want to of course double check they get in there...check those plastic plugs that it lines up with...you might need to spread out the pronges that is has so it really holds your scoops....btw if they are really loose try taking them out and reinstalling...i notice on some of the earlier versions the screw comes off the scoop....

Be sure that whenever you put the screw on the top that it will actually hold..
When I was installing it I noticed that the right scoop's screw thread(Me facing engine), is somewhat not catching on the screw.. Take the grills off like what everyone says here so that you can press on it better...

But got it to work... I've had it for several weeks already and tried to run it up to 150mph.. Didn't drop thankfully..(Knock on wood).
