Ipod retrofit install quotes in the area?

What types of quotes have you gotten to install the ipod retrofit kit? Seeing that it could be 1-200 of labor, I'm down for shopping around..

it really depends on which dealers. i've seen a dealer that can do it for $200-300 while another dealer charges $500. you just have to call them and ask.

500 just for labor? wow! i wanted to get a feel for what was reasonable or the "going rate".. are non-dealers qualified to do it, or do you need to go in and get it "flashed" by the dealer anyway?
