No more new maps for us V3 users?

Team Vishnu please chime in on this one........I read a while back that Shiv said there will be some new maps released for the V3 users but haven't heard any updates at all regarding this.

If this is it for us V3 users, please just tell us now and get it over with as I'm ready to move on if this is the case. The last maps released were the 11-2 maps and I believe they were still in beta( even if it wasn't it doesn't matter).

I said just a few days ago that they are coming. I did not give a date since there are other things that I need to wrap up first, which will be necessary in order to redo the v3 maps.

As we are all pretty well-aware, they are hard at work on the new canbus features (boost display, comprehensive code clearing, etc...). That being said, it sure would be nice of them to release a final map for v3 which refines the PID logic according to their findings with v4.

+1. This is exactly what i am expecting..,all these datalogs provided by v4 users shouls somehow help Shiv, to make a better V3 map

+ 1 waiting for new V3 rev 1 maps......can anyone confirm the 11-9 maps specifically map 2 (race map) would work for meth application...

Its such a simple and cheap upgrade to CANbus, and then V4, and there is a world of a difference. Why anyone not doing this is beyond me.

Maybe no more updates is just the incentive ya'll need to upgrade.

No, it's more analagous to buying an iPhone 2G 8gb for $600, then seeing it released a few weeks later as a 3G option for $199.

People are satisfied with the 2G and don't feel like shelling out more $$ for the extra 3Gs.

So everytime someone asks a question, they're whinning? Sure.....

And 'moving on' isn't a threat, at least not in my opinion. It simply states that that's what I wanted to do. Anyway, no need to get into it any more, it was just a simple question, take it how you want......

Ya I understand the tune is a bit outdated, and that's why I made that comment about moving on.......I'm no fanboy here so I was actually gonna give JB3 2.0 a try to see how I like it......

I'm ready for the new V3 rev 1 map.

It's just good business to support & upgrade your products. Keeping customers happy will make them all the more willing to upgrade to V4 when they decide to do so.

Nope, not ready yet. As mentioned before, still have some v4 stuff to wrap up. Then I'll try to port as much as I can over to v3. With the rev.1 platform, we do face some very serious limitations. Namely not being able to read any CAN info. So just let us do our thing and we will post something once we have something ready.
