Lease Return
My lease is almost up and was wondering if you guys could help me with the process by giving me tips/advice, what to look for, what to expect... Also, is there any person you could suggest that I can use to return my lease that would make the process a little easier. Thanks!

If you plan on getting another BMW you don't have to worry about anything.

call up your local dealer, tell them you need someone that can help with a lease return
take the car back clean, it helps avoid suspicion of damage make sure the tires have some meat on them. other than that you should be good

I've found that too, dealers are MUCH more lenient on things if you're buying another one.
