are you asking for maximum boost the tune is capable of making or max boost for each stage/map?

Oh my god, the threads you come up with.

Didn't you get the 3-25 maps, you didn't even list out the boost values from that email in your list above.

Here i'll help:

Procede v4 (stock - 18 psi)
JB3 2.0
GIAC
Dinan = 8.8-13.2

Yea, each tune. Whats the highest psi boost each tune can make on their highest stages. I'm putting some things together. As you see I got Dinan minimum and maximum psi stage 1 produces.

Well I think you have left out the fact you can put the procede into valet mode. So it would have a range of 8psi to 18psi. That's my understanding.

This is kinda an odd question...

Do you mean the minimum PEAK psi?
Every tune can drive around in vacuum all day making no boost if you stay out of the gas.

Also, the boost will be different depending on what stage or map you run.

So I am guessing you mean more like this:

"At full throttle, what is the peak PSI of each tune for its minimum and maximum maps"

Piggybacks have near infinite amount of maps to give you anything from stock 8psi to 18-19psi... but most users run a 13-14psi map out of the box.

ALL flashes, including dinan are currently limited to a SINGLE map (per flash)... Once you are flashed with dinan stage 2 for example, your full throttle peak boost will always be the tuned 13+psi.

Just trying to help clarify... not sure if anyone really understands what you are asking.

Also, we must assume close to sea level, and 70 degree temps...

Sort of. I'm putting a comparison chart together and trying to find out what each tune boost psi min and max is. I understand by not being on throttle it will be at 0 psi, just want to know what each manf advertise on the low and high end maps.

ex: PROcede
Stage 0 = 12psi
Stage 5 = 18psi

I'm running 19-19.5psi on my upgraded turbo car.

You should maybe throw a category on your list about upgraded turbo cars, i think so far the procede is powering at least 2 separate setups (tial and asr)

Things are always changing. If you don't hang around and keep your document current it will spread bad information.

+1, these charts are sort of worthless in the end since stuff does change so rapidly (at least on the procede front). there are new features and such being added all the time

But that are different circumstances. I'm trying to put something together for the masses. Once people start upgrading turbos, they would of have a tune in place before replacement. Each tuner have specific maps or stages that have a boost target value in place.

And I can understand the changes between the tuners. As long as I'm around and have my n54, I'll update it every month. You have my word. I learn so much during the last few months from all of you guys, that doing this for the community is nothing for me.

Explain where you got 8.8 for dinan... what dinan map has a peak of 8.8psi?

stage one is 11.5 ish and stage 2 is 13.5 ish

Is not a map I'm trying to get, I'm trying to get the lowest psi value the tune performs. I change myview to just get the peak psi anyways, so no need for the lowest psi for each tune.
I read it here.

Thanks

The article you linked says... "Dinan Performance Engine Software safely increases the 335’s turbo boost pressure from 8.8 to 13.2 psi"

It is saying that the car boosted 8.8 before the flash, and 13.2 after the flash... it is not saying that they boost 8.8-13.2 with the flash.

So, not sure why you are saying 8.8 for dinan, when 8.8 is STOCK

Stock is 8.8

Dinan is 13.2

Sorry, i am a real egghead for accurate info!

lol, I got that too after reading it twice and searching around for info. That's why I adjusted views to just get maximum psi boost. Thanks for the info.

Thread title changed, makes no sense. Also, with zero throttle you don't make 0 PSI, you are on vacuum.

This is worthless. There are plenty of other extremely important factors that have to do with a tune besides peak boost. Making 13psi means nothing if its making great numbers. Some tunes get the same HP out of 13psi that takes others 15psi.
