Best Service Facility in Bay Area?
My 335i Coupe is up for service very soon, there are a couple of service centers near by, Peter Pan , Fremont, Stevens Creek, Concord, etc.
Can anyone recommend the best place to get service done and if they have had experience with some mechanics in particular that can be depended on? Appreciate your input. |

I personally got my car from East Bay BMW. I went to the one in Berkeley at first, but they gave me a hassle finding the car with the options I wanted. So, when I went to East Bay, they found the car right away and gave me a good deal.
I had my service there too and I've had no problems so far. I only suggest that if you are picky about your paint to not let them courtesy wash your car. The last time they washed my car, I had a bunch of swirl marks on my paint and interior trim. But, I think many dealerships wash the car incorrectly. |

Thanks for the insight. Any one person in particular who is good to speak with?
My e92 is under 50k miles and there are a couple things that need to get fixed (cup holder broke, the passenger door handle sticks, the left (non xenon/halogen) headlight is out. Do you know if this might be covered under the warranty still? |

BMW of Fremont - I would reccomend Freddie Chang but he no longer works there. The next best is Nick Lal.
East Bay - I've heard is really good but have not gone myself yet. Give them a try.

BMW of Fremont for sure
eastbay is careless, they worked on my car and damaged the bumper causing them to have to repaint it, then they started giving my shit about me wanting to do it at my body shop of preference talk to nick lal @ BMW of Fremont, he actually cares about the customer and will make sure you have a good experience |

Once you go over 50K, I recommend Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley. They are a GREAT independant shop. I've used them ever since I moved to CA seven years ago, first on my M3, now for non-warranty service on the 335i.

Jordan Carrick at Peter Pan BMW always takes care of all my needs, from rattles, fuel pumps, wastegate issues and all. Highly recommend Peter Pan.
