Help identifying downpipes

Hey guys,

Anybody know what brand downpipes these are? What are they worth? They've been in the car for a couple years.

Also, what do I need to run these with JB3 2.0 Beta and throw no codes.

Thanks,
Mike

Thanks guys! I figured they were probably URs just wanted to verify. Do I need to get different O2 sensors to run them in my 2007 335i? Also, what are they worth used in the condition they are in?

I figured to make these work with my JB3 2.0 Beta I just need this?

You use the same stock 02 sensors. However, you will need a O2 simm of some kind, otherwise you will throw and engine code in short time. Talk to your tuner about how to set it up. Running DPs on a stock car won't yield much gain at all.

Edit: I see you have a JB3 2.0, then get a O2 simm, I set mine to about 75%. Used DPs like that can be pretty cheap I believe. A few hundred dollars maybe?

just as hotrpd stated, you will need some kind of 02 sims which BMS makes one. Previously, mine was set at 50% with no CEL's.

Apparently they are quality, or at least were one of the firsts. I think retail is $1k, and you can find them around for $650. My buddy wants $150 for them, I'm thinking about buying them and getting them ceramic coated for another $80. That's $230 for ceramic coated 2.5" downpipes. Thoughts?

Or is it worth the extra $470 to buy a set of AR ones..non-coated?

OT question..can you see the downpipes from the engine bay? Reason I ask..i'm interested in ceramic coating and the company has a sale on gold. I figured you can't see so I don't mind the color. Thoughts?

lol nice pretty set that can't be seen. hah. I got you though. I was going to get the 3" AR downpipes or the 3" VK pipes when they are released. Maybe I'll hold off for now on these..

Did anybody have bad experiences with UR downpipes?
