front license plate bracket

Do the E90's come from the factory with the front license plate bracket mounted? I live in Fla and we do not have front plates req'd and I do NOT want a bracket on the front if dealer installed. Thanks

Thanks for the link. I guess I was just too lazy to search or something. I will make sure my ordered 335 does not get drilled!
