Schenker owns Bax Global, which is the trucking company your shipper is using. Schenker isnt bad, you can actually clear the package for free. Just take the paper work into the airport your self and have customs stamp it.

Sometimes that paperwork process at customs may take the entire day pending on how backlogged the customs are.

Eitherway, DBSchenker is slowly emerging as a good ground shipping company - they are good to us so far.

When I ordered my wheels from Supreme Power, they suggested to use them, I am satisfied with the end result.
The only thing, I had to go to Canada customs myself to clear the goods.

DB Schenker is actually my customer. Bax is a good company, the paper work doesnt take very long. The line up is virtually non existent when i go in. 2 minutes tops to clear it

Used them and had a great experience.

Act as your own broker and you save a lot of money. Clearing the papers out at customs (from Pearson airport) took no more than 5 mins and the office is right beside the facility.

Definately a company I would go with again in the future.
