Brakes and Fuel Pump... Again

I was just wondering guys I live in Socal (preferred the OC) and wanted to know if there were BMW dealerships that mod friendly. I'm currently having problems with my fuel pump, its on the second pump and it official gave me the engine malfunction light and also my brakes are giving me problems for the 7th time. I want to go ahead and get this taken care of and I dont want them to give me shit cause I have mods on my car. Please help. Thanks guys

I just recently took my car in with Exhaust & Intake and got no grief from any SA's @ Valencia BMW

The only thing they asked me was if I was running a Proceed or Juice Box tune, which I have neither of
