i want to roll my fenders in prep for new wheels and suspension next month. my roomate's got a fender roller and heat gun but we'd be more comfortable if someone who's done it on the e92 before can help.

or is there a reputable shop i can take it to?

hmmm I would go REALLY slow...look on Craigslist, there are a few guys providing this service, and they generally charge about $80... I used a guy in Redwood City and he did a great job on my car

i am pretty sure Dr.Phuonger can do this for u... and he is really close to santa clara as well..
he has helped me install a cpl of things on my car and he does a great job..

I used the same guy, vouch for him, and he's a real cool guy. Here is his latest ad on Craigslist:

the car will be lifted on a lift wheels comes off a fender roller is used with a heat gun to avoid cracking paint i am also capable to do flaring anywhere from mild to agressive ... no marks left on the car what so ever

i've been doing it for years done all kind of cars mostly european specially bmw's from e92's to oldest models and lots of M3's ... nissan , honda ,.....

i'm charging 80$ for the rear fenders all 4 fenders 140 $

+1, their schedule during the week is more flexible when compared to Phuongs.

But yeah, they both do great work and are well priced. I can vouch for both
