Where do you service your BMW in Toronto?

Dealership or independent garage?

I have been using dealership but thinking about going to an independent shop from now on. Can somebody recommend a shop specialized in BMW or european cars in general in York Region that is trustworthy and has reasonable prices?

I've heard bad stories on some of the shops.

I'd highly recommend Rocco @ RMP Motors. He's at Hwy 27 and Steeles.

Are these specialty BMW shops a lot more economical than dealership?

I've heard some good things about RMP.

Just to give you example,

Oil change & filter
Dealer - about $140 - all inclusive (more if you have M)
RMP - $100 - cash - all inclusive

free maintenance or warranty work - parkview bmw, very friendly SA's and theyre not picky about mods (just take out your piggyback first)

other than than ive had my exhaust work done at bimmersport, might try out RMP for coilovers when i get them

THere was another euro auto place near Yonge and 16th but I can't remember their name or if they still exist.

Not true... this is based on what I heard from a friend who had his modded car serviced there.

I have no problem myself, but then my warrenty is gone, so all the work I am doing are out of pocket.

i've never had a problem with them. ive been in for oil changes, hpfp, etc. and they've never said anything to me about my mods. i've also seen quite a few modded 335s there too whenever i go in

FWIW, I also service my car at RMP. I've been very happy with Rocco in the ~4 years I've been going there.
