Awesome deal... someone should really jump on it as a winter beater, parts donor, or even a Bavarian garden gnome..

... and read the fine print! They've stated the price is negotiable, so you can probably bargain it down to an even $4000 (maybe $3000?) as long as you send the money via Western Union to Nigeria, where the present owners most likely recently moved to.

I just bought a 06 325i for $4500!! i got an amazing deal! the guy lives in nigeria though, i sent him $4500 through western union, hes going to ship the car to me!!

why don't you ask the guy to take it up a notch and arrange for an african delivery option for you so you can fly to nigeria to take delivery then have it shipped back to Canada after??

Is it just me or did the ad suddenly change? I didn't remember 4 pics earlier and I thought the car was silver or metallic colour, not white? Plus, there is a better description-no abnormal noises!!

Ask him for the VIN. I wonder if the car is stolen from California or somewhere else and being sold in Canada. If so, report it to the police.
