Clicking noise when turning

Think it's only on full lock right turns but I get a clicking noise a bit like a stone would make. Any ideas?

PS Have checked all tyres for stones!

Is it a series of clicks or just the one each time you turn from lock to lock?

Clicking on lock is a classic sign of a CV joint issue.

E92westy, that's the exact noise I'm getting in my 2009 car, you'd have though BMW would have sorted it by now.
